DHARMEND

Sales Manager

Dharmend has a long history with the Carpenters Group first joining in 2008 as the Business Development/Operations Manager for Carpenters Machinery & Marine. In 2010 Dharmend was promoted to the Commercial Manager of Carpenters Hardware, a role he held until 2011 when he was once again promoted and took up the role as National Operations Manager for Carpenters Tyres. In 2013 Dharmend joined Carptrac and took up the role of Cat Product Sales Representative.

SHIU

National Parts Manager

Shiu began his career with Public Works Department in the heavy machinery section in 2006, before joining the automotive industry, where he gained 6 years of work experience.

In March 2018 Shiu graduated from Cat Reman University in Mississippi, USA, with the Degree of Bachelor Of Science, with a major in Remanufactured Products. In 2022, Shiu received GREEN BELT for Six SIGMA certification

RAJESH

Senior Product Support Sales Representative

Rajesh is one of Carptrac’s longest serving staff. Since joining Carptrac in 1988 Rajesh has amassed a wealth of Cat Spare Parts knowledge and is able to assist with any inquiry. Rajesh has completed several Caterpillar training courses including Cat Parts Pro, Inventory Management and Cat Reman parts.

Dennis Turaganivalu

Electrical Power Generation Technician

Dennis has a vast experience in electrics. Worked in Fiji and Papua New Guinea. Responsible for performing inspection, preventative maintenance, and service repair work on electric power generation and associated components (controls, switchgears), including performing PM’s, troubleshooting, and repairs of engine and electrical related systems. Providing Training to Junior Electrician and Technicians.

MUA

Heavy Mobile Plant Technician

Started his career as HMP Apprentice with Emperor Gold Mines, Vatukoula, and promoted to HMP Tech at the mine site. Took up HMP Tech role in Laucala Island Resort and responsible for small and heavy machinery and the generators. Joined Carptrac in 2019 as HMP Tech. High experience of CATERPILLAR diagnostic tools, troubleshooting and repairs. Provides ‘On the Job’ Training to team members.

SULIANO

Heavy Mobile Plant Technician

Joined Carptrac as an Apprentice and moved up to become a Senior HMP Technician. Highly experienced CATERPILLAR trained on heavy machines and Power generation equipments.
